I would just like to warn anyone interested in buying durkin software. First of all the CLP is not compatible with ACT 2010. Second the support is the worst I have ever delt with since we purchased the software. We have submitted a number of tickets with issues and all of the tickets have been closed without any sort of response or update. Everytime that durkin has actually replied with an answer he replies with a work around (through act) instead of fixing it and getting us update.

As we have spoken before, we are not able to recrate your issue with any ACT databases here in our office. And in fact the issue is not happening with your local copy of ACT 2010 demo database only with any database attached to your SQL server.
We are currently setting up an entire network to recreate your SQL server environment and we will notify you directly once this has been completed.
