1. Close ACT!
2. From the desktop right-click on the ACT icon and select "Run as Administrator..."
3. Enter your serial number then click the REGISTER NOW button
4. After ACT is fully launched close ACT the run normal.

I did start ACT2010 Premium as Admin,and installed Durkin Toolkit also as Admin but still has the problem
,when I insert my original key.
Maybe a reset in your server or a new number.
I UNINSTALLED EVERYTHING AND RESTARTED ALL OVER,WITH THAT GIVEN KEY,AND STILL
IN THE TRIAL MODE, AS KEY NOT ACCEPTED.
